Vasant villa is a comfortable home for six family members on a compact site of area 1920 sq ft. The residence’s architecture is fancied by concaved box, housing extruded by window and colored dots.
The massing of the built block is strategically fashioned by void and cube. Bold exterior of the house, incorporated by locally available ‘ nimbahera ‘ stone and white plaster with rain texture, makes it the soothe for the eyes.
Subtle color palette along with giant fenestrations has gloried the exclusivity of house.
30′ wide site front, making it a deep one, has four bedrooms, living, kitchen, dining and drawing room.
Color has been used expedited from exteriors to interior treatment of bedrooms.
Interesting choices of different from bold colors in separate bedrooms, makes the room reflect the choice and context of users.
Entrance patio is designed elegantly using grey ‘kota stone’ and yellow epoxy making starking contrast, leading to cornered steps.
Wooden cladding at the entrance, polishes the facade and gives it rich entry.
Wood has been used intricately ,decorating ceiling and interiors. All the furniture is crafted on site, making the space beautiful.
Pooja room door has been impressed by CNC, letting light through the room to exteriors.
Master bedroom has rich interior with soft shades.
Furniture along with cushioned bay window makes it a comfortable space.
Yellow and grey color for kids bed room with needed furniture and peacock blue in parents bedroom, adorned by Victorian bed makes each room exclusive.
