The clubhouse embraces a grounded, earthen design language with a material palette that includes warm terracotta tones, off-white finishes, and natural wooden ceilings that enrich the interior spaces with a sense of warmth and calm. In contrast, the exterior is defined by lush landscaping, washed terrazzo pathways, and thoughtfully placed granite flooring that guides movement across the site.
It all began with the presence of a majestic 100-year-old banyan tree, accompanied by several other mature trees. In response, the design was sensitively crafted around this natural heritage, resulting in the clubhouse being divided into three separate blocks—each positioned to respect and preserve every existing tree on site.
The design draws inspiration from an eclectic blend of Balinese aesthetics and contemporary sensibilities. Key architectural elements such as sloping roofs, arched gateways, terracotta tiles, and washed terrazzo surfaces form the visual language of the space.
The palette is rooted in earthy tones—terracotta, off-whites, and natural wood ceilings enrich the interiors with warmth and simplicity. In contrast, the exteriors emphasize a stronger connection to the landscape through washed terrazzo pathways, granite flooring, and lush garden pockets.
Meandering pathways flow through carefully manicured gardens, creating a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature blurring the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors, and inviting nature to become an integral part of the built experience.
A key design intent was to preserve and celebrate the existing trees on site—especially the magnificent 100-year-old banyan and build upon this natural richness to create a tropical retreat
Enveloped by uber-luxury villas, the clubhouse stands as a tropical paradise within the site.
The space is designed as a sanctuary where residents can pause and unwind whether after an intense gym session or while soaking in the rustling of leaves during a quiet stroll after a game of squash.
