Touches of gold, warm wood tones, and natural finishes lend a quiet sense of sophistication. Combined with abundant natural light, these details create an atmosphere that feels both inviting and luxurious.
The living area, being the focal point, was designed with symmetry and balance in mind. The double-height volume was highlighted subtly commanding attention without overwhelming the space.
The double-height space is accentuated with classical panelling on both sides, framing the stunning view of the arched window as seen from the first-floor gallery. This soaring volume truly defines the character of the home, adding grandeur and openness. The Murphy bed adds functionality to the kids’ room, acting both as a play area and a bedroom.
The plan was designed to promote fluidity while maintaining distinct functional zones. Openness defines the common areas, ensuring a seamless connection between spaces without compromising on usability.
Bedrooms are located on the first floor for privacy, while a bedroom on the ground floor ensures functionality for elderly family members—blending accessibility with thoughtful planning.
The palette balances durability and warmth: tile flooring for practicality, wood and veneers for richness, PU finishes for sleekness, and brass accents for elegance. Soft furnishings in curated fabrics complete the layered, modern aesthetic.
One of the bedrooms introduces a multifunctional design element: a folding bed in shades of calming blue. This allows the space to adapt effortlessly serving as a cozy sleeping area when needed and transforming into an open, functional zone otherwise.
Every corner was designed with intent—to balance functionality with beauty, elegance with comfort, and timelessness with individuality. The result is a home that feels modern yet warm, structured yet soulful, and above all, deeply personal to the clients who inhabit it.
