The office is organized into three distinct zones—public, interactive, and core—defined by levels of privacy and porosity. The public zone welcomes visitors with a clean reception desk and a comfortable waiting area designed for short stays. Minimal natural light and uncluttered interiors ensure a calm first impression, allowing the space to function efficiently without visual distractions.

As one moves inward, the interactive zone houses meeting and conference rooms. Glass partitions separate these spaces, maintaining openness while allowing daylight to flow through. This zone acts as a transition between the public and core areas, supporting both formal discussions and informal exchanges while preserving visual connectivity across the office.

The core zone accommodates employee and client workspaces, carefully oriented to receive natural light from the south and west. These areas are designed to be visually connected yet functionally distinct, fostering collaboration while maintaining comfort and productivity. The open layout encourages communication and creates a dynamic yet focused work environment.

Materiality plays a defining role in shaping the character of the office. Exposed concrete ceilings and floors establish a raw, industrial base, complemented by textured brick walls arranged in an extruded pattern for added warmth and depth. Polished concrete floors inlaid with marble chips introduce subtle elegance, with patterns that follow the rhythm of the arches and enhance spatial continuity.

Mild steel elements appear throughout the space in the form of arches, partitions, furniture, and lighting frameworks, reinforcing a cohesive design language. Custom furniture balances durability with refinement, while thoughtful lighting enhances the industrial aesthetic. Stepped seating areas, acoustically treated conference rooms, curated art, and warm finishes collectively enrich the workspace, resulting in an environment where functionality and design come together seamlessly.
