A Striking First Impression: A neutral color palette sets the tone across the facade, contrasted strikingly by red-painted gates, which inject a vibrant and fresh personality into the exterior. Adding to the uniqueness, the balcony railings are made from perforated MS steel instead of the more conventional glass, bringing both durability and a contemporary flair to the design.
Guests are welcomed into the home with a beautifully curated entry space featuring Kota stone flooring in a herringbone pattern. This detail immediately sets a tone of refined rustic charm.
The living rooms across the different floors carry a minimalist and modern design language. On the first and second floors, the living area is marked by double-height ceilings, lime plaster walls, and raw textured concrete finishes. These architectural choices amplify the feeling of openness and light.
While the interiors lean into natural and neutral themes, the kitchens bring a playful surprise. The third and fourth-floor kitchens stand out with bright green glossy acrylic cabinetry, injecting energy and freshness into the everyday routine.
The two bedrooms in this four-floored house are designed to offer both comfort and individuality, each with a unique character while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.The neutral color palette, combined with accents of pink and blue, creates a calm yet vibrant atmosphere, perfect for rest and relaxation. The raw textured concrete ceilings, adorned with embossed patterns, bring a sense of depth and visual interest to the room.
Each bedroom also boasts reclaimed wooden furniture, carefully crafted to preserve sustainability while adding rustic charm.
