Named Between Shades of Grey, this renovation tells a story of thoughtful design and meaningful living. What was once a dated space with dark finishes and constrained layouts is now a home that feels open, inviting, and effortlessly chic.
This element not only organizes but sets a tone of quiet sophistication. Beyond the foyer, the living room unfolds with natural light, where minimalist furniture defines the space without overwhelming it.
Designed for a single father with two young children, the home balances simplicity with functionality.
The family loves spending time in the kitchen, especially baking,” says Swati Seraan, whose vision guided this transformation. Understanding this passion, a dedicated baking station was created and seamlessly connected to the living room with a charming arched opening. This space invites shared moments and creativity, fostering a sense of connection and joy.
Bathrooms have been reimagined with striking geometric tiles and patterns, adding an element of
playfulness and contrast.
The oak wood flooring throughout the house pairs beautifully with these bold designs, creating a deliberate harmony that feels fresh and refined.The bedrooms embody a minimalistic yet warm aesthetic, designed to provide comfort without clutter.
