Designed for a family shifting from a bungalow, the space channels openness and warmth into a high-rise setting.Double-height volumes and civil modifications evoke the spacious feel of a bungalow within an apartment.

The main door combines solid wood with fluted detailing and a sleek brass handle, offering a tactile and visual prelude to the home’s refined interior.

The kitchen blends into the home’s minimalist aesthetic with concealed appliances and seamless shutters. Matte finishes and clean lines maintain a clutter-free look, while thoughtful planning ensures maximum functionality.

A neutral palette, plush textures, and layered lighting create a space that feels both expansive and intimate, perfect for relaxed gatherings.

Set beneath a soaring double-height ceiling, the dining area becomes a central gathering point anchored by an onyx marble table and rich leather chairs

The bedroom embraces earthy textures and soft lighting to create a serene, grounded retreat. The space is designed to feel both intimate and expansive, with carefully selected materials adding warmth and tranquility.

A soft, pastel-toned palette and refined furnishings create a calm yet vibrant atmosphere, offering a peaceful escape with a touch of youthful elegance.

Curvilinear forms and muted tones promote relaxation, while the restrained design creates an ambiance of quiet sophistication and restful calm.

Each bedroom is connected to a terrace, inviting natural light and expanding the sense of openness—bringing the outside in and further elevating the home’s connection with nature.

Each design choice, from material to volume has been made with intent, reflecting the family’s desire for a space that respects both their past in a bungalow and their present within an urban high-rise. The result: a nature-connected, light-filled sanctuary above the city..
